Zoom Monitoring Integration Guide

Adding the App

  1. Log in to your Zoom Admin Portal
  2. Navigate to the Marketplace
  3. Search for "FORTÉ Vision Monitoring"
  4. Click "Install" or "Add"
  5. Review the FORTÉ informationand app permissions required
  6. Fill out the Contact US form to begin the on-boarding process.

Using the App

  1. Access your FORTÉ Vision dashboard
  2. Verify Zoom Rooms are appearing
  3. Contact FORTÉ support for any questions or monitoring changes.

Removing the App

  1. Log in to your Zoom Admin Portal
  2. Go to Marketplace > Managed Apps
  3. Locate "FORTÉ Vision Monitoring"
  4. Click "Uninstall"
  5. Confirm the removal
